From this day forward should anyone that has won their place in to the pub freeroll be unable to make it on that day then a substitute will be allowed to take that persons place. This new rule change is made with immediate effect.

Preference will be awarded to another player wishing to take the role of substitution who represents the same venue as the person who has been unable to attend.
